Canceling an Order

You may request to cancel your order free of charge provided your request is received before your order has been processed for shipment.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation if order fulfillment has already begun.

Orders That Have Already Been Shipped

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Although we will do our best to update your information before dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has entered the fulfillment process.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
